COVID-19: Tracking Updates
Due to COVID-19, packages leaving Japan are delayed at least 1-3 weeks more than usual but it may be longer depending on your selected shipping method. Packages may be stuck in one status for long periods of time while waiting for the next flight to their destination.
Packages with the status Posting or Enroute are waiting for the next flight out of Japan. Packages can appear stuck on these statuses for days or weeks but there is no need for concern as the package will be placed on the next available flight.
If Japan Post is unable to ship the package due to changes in shipping conditions, the status may change to Retained or Returned to Sender. We will notify you once the package is returned to our office. You do not need to contact us unless the status is "Returned to Sender" for more than one week with no email from us.
