What happens if you can't buy my item?

 If we are unable to purchase your item, we will void the transaction of your order so that no funds leave your order and let you know the reason for the cancelation. 

In some special cases such as ticket lotteries, a non-refundable fee might apply but this is always discussed upfront with you (if required) before we capture payment.
