Am I able to participate in lotteries through your service?

Yes, we can enter lotteries on your behalf. If we lose the lottery we will refund all costs minus 500 yen. If we win, then the order proceeds as it normally would. 

Note that we require that payment for any lotteries be made with a credit card due to PayPal's refund policies.
