How long does it take to reply to an email ?
We strive to reply to all emails and contact by customers within 1-2 business days (not counting weekends and public holidays).
If you have not heard from us in 72 hours, please send a follow up contact in case your original email did not make it to us.
We are also available on livechat during our business hours.
In the lower right corner of your dashboard, click on the Chat With Us purple button and send us a message.
If we are not available, the purple button will change into Contact Us; that allows you to send us an email.
We will get back to you as soon as possible if you contact us.
