We buy your items 7 days a week during our usual office hours. Yahoo! Auctions and Mercari orders take priority during the weekends.
In addition, our shipping center and customer support team are available weekdays during our office hours.
We answer support emails during our office hours shown below. Orders are generally purchased within 1-2 business day(s).

Can you buy items outside office hours?
Yes we can! If you need us to order an item that releases while our office is closed, we can arrange for a buyer to be online to make that purchase.
We charge an additional 2000 yen, non-refundable charge for this service. However, for items that sell out quickly, it is a good way to ensure the item is purchased in time.
If you need us to buy items outside of office hours, please submit your order a few days before the day you need us to purchase.
