What is Domestic Shipping Pre-Approval ?
Domestic shipping — shipping fees charged by the seller for delivery to the White Rabbit Express fulfillment center — are the top reason for order processing delays. Pre-approve shipping costs to avoid troublesome delays.
How does Domestic Shipping Pre-Approval work ?
When you pre-authorize domestic shipping (shipping from the seller to White Rabbit), if the seller's shipping fees are within your pre-approved budget, we will automatically capture your payment and proceed to buy your items. If the shipping fees are more than your budget we'll place the order on hold and ask your permission before proceeding.
You pay only the actual domestic shipping costs.
We will only capture payment for the actual shipping charges. If the inbound shipping costs less than your budget, we'll release the remaining funds back to your payment method. If shipping is free, we'll release the entire amount.
What if I do not choose Domestic Shipping Pre-Approval ?
Once we know how much the shipping fees are, we will notify you and send you a payment adjustment through your order page. Unfortunately, we cannot process your order unless we have received all payments necessary to purchase your item which is why we strongly recommend to select it when placing your order.
