Can I return an item ?

No, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges due to the unique nature of custom-ordered items.

We may however make exceptions at our discretion. Please contact our customer care team with your inquiry.

Note that in any case, the shipping fee to our fulfillment center and back to the customer, as well as our WRE Service Fee, Shopping Expenses, and Per Item Fee is non-refundable and is borne by the buyer. 

If you have received an item that is different to the one you ordered, please contact us and we can help to arrange a return (if necessary) and purchase the correct item.
