We handle orders even if the item is only released several months later.
When do I need to pay for a pre-order?
We require upfront payment for all pre-orders.
Even if the item is released several months later, your payment is required for us to process your order. When you place the order with us, we will review the order and then charge you at that time to secure your reservation. We will charge our fees and the item price when the order is made. International shipping is charged after the item arrives at our warehouse.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
This depends on the store we purchase from. Most Japanese stores do not accept cancellations in which case we will not be able to cancel pre-orders once we have ordered from the shop.
If the shop does accept cancellations then we can cancel the order but be aware this option might not be available.
